Registration Form

Dear Parent:

We are so pleased you would like to register your child at Little Explorers Nursery.  We ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies prior to completing the below.  Please note that there is an ANNUAL resource fee which covers materials / extra curricular activities / app access / and sensorial play regularly scheduled in addition to the program we offer between September to May.  Summer resource fee for new students apply only for June to August.  Please understand our policy on fees and withdraws; payment plans are available for convenience, but they do not affect the total fee, which is charged per term.
